Could wrapping Tefillin prevent heart attacks in women?
 
Join us to learn more about Dr. Jack Rubinstein, MD, an associate professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and his findings that the act of wrapping the straps of tefillin around the arm could help prevent heart attacks.
 
 
Rabbi Jessica Dell’Era (she/they) is the spiritual leader of Temple Shalom in Medford, MA, and previously the Rabbinic Intern at The Emanuel Synagogue in West Hartford, CT. Before becoming a rabbi, she was a Spanish bilingual public school teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she grew up. She graduated from the Jewish Theological Seminary with ordination from the Rabbinical School and a Master’s in Sacred Music from the Cantorial School.  She also holds a Master’s in Education from the University of California, Berkeley.
