Join Us for a Thought-Provoking and Empowering Conversation

Join us to learn more about Nina Manolson, M.A., NBC-HWC, a Body-Peace Coach who helps women end the war with food and their bodies—and create lasting Body-Peace. With over 30 years of experience, Nina specializes in supporting smart, capable women who often know what they “should” do to care for themselves, yet struggle to truly nourish themselves in the way they deserve.

Jewish women have a complex and deeply layered relationship with food—shaped by tradition, ritual, survival, history, and plenty of family meshugas. That complexity makes this conversation both meaningful and necessary.

In this engaging program, we’ll explore:
  • Why our relationship with food can feel so complicated
  • The unique role food plays in the lives of Jewish women
  • How expectations, stress, and mixed messages shape our experiences
  • Where to go from here—and how to create more ease, compassion, and peace with our food, bodies, and legacy

Come curious, leave with insight, and begin creating a more peaceful relationship with food and your body.
