The second female Rabbi in Berlin after Regina Jonas, Rabbi Ederberg serves as the Rabbi of the Oranienburger Strasse Synagogue of the Juedische Gemeinde zu Berlin.
She was ordained in 2002 at the Schechter Institute of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem. She is the founder of Masorti Germany, with the Masorti Kindergarten serving 80 children and their families, and the Jewish International School – Masorti Grundschule, a bilingual Hebrew-German Day School for grades 1-6.
She is the president of the International Rabbinical Assembly of Masorti/Conservative Rabbis, and was the co-founder of its European region.
She is a founding member of IsraAID Germany, supporting refugees in Germany.
She is married to Rabbi Nils Ederberg; they have three children.
Publications include several prayerbooks, articles and radio features, and Pluspunkt Deutsch für jüdische Zuwanderer (a German language book for Jewish Immigrants)
