This week’s Torah reading, Parashat Vayigash, tells the story of Joseph reconciling with his brothers. It is very common to have people in our lives who we need to reconcile with – often something big happened, and sometimes it is just a simple misunderstanding, or just a period of distance, and people do not speak. As we begin the new year of 2025, let us all think of who we need to reconcile with, who we have not been in contact with for a while. Reconciling starts at home, with those closest to us, so that then we can work to make the world a better place. Am Yisrael Chai! All people of Israel Live!
