Parashat Vayeshev is full of dreams. It begins with Joseph’s dreams and ends with the dreams of the chief baker and chief cupbearer. Dreams are not only what we have at night when we sleep, but also our aspirations and goals in life. One of my favorite sayings is by Theodore Herzl, the founder of modern Zionism – Im Tirzu Ein Zo Aggadah – If you will it, it is not a dream. What are your dreams for your own personal life? What do you dream for the Jewish people? Together, may our aspirations for the Jewish people come true. Together as a community we are stronger. Am Yisrael Chai! All people of Israel Live!
