Parashat Toldot teaches an important lesson about inclusion and taking advantage of those who have a disability. Isaac was tricked by his sons, partially as a result of the fact that he was visually impaired, and Jacob took advantage of that by disguising himself and identifying himself as Esau. It is our responsibility to take care of those with disabilities, and make sure that people with disabilities are never taken advantage of. Consult our WLCJ – FJMC Inclusion Initiative for important information.
