Health – National Health Plan (1978)

As Jews, we believe in the religious requirement to preserve life. We feel it is inconceivable that one human being is entitled to better medical care than another who may have less ability to pay.

Women’s League for Conservative Judaism urges the United States Congress to enact a National Health Bill which will provide comprehensive health coverage from birth to death, with no exceptions, for all legal residents of the United States of America.
