American Jewish University: Standing with Israel

Dear AJU Community,  

The images coming out of Israel are beyond shocking and horrifying. We have witnessed one of the darkest days in recent Jewish history. The AJU community stands in solidarity with Israel. We pray for the wounded and kidnapped. We grieve for the dead.  

I am heartened by the many statements of solidarity with Israel that have been issued here in the United States and around the world. These statements are vitally important, but not enough. We have to translate the feelings of this moment into thoughtful action and deep reflection in the months ahead. AJU is committed to doing this work.

Together, we can navigate these trying times and support those in need. Thank you for being part of the AJU community, and may our collective efforts make a difference in the lives of those affected by these tragic events.
