Shabbat Shalom!

Welcome to 5777!

The weeks are very short this time of the year, what with Shabbat, holiday, two days and then we start again!

Yet, it is a new year, and how fortunate we are, as a people, that we have two opportunities each year to think about what we can do to better in our lives and the lives of those around us. As I was going through some quote, this one resonated for this time of the year.

Our sisterhoods have begun their events for the year….and one of the most important things that we can do is connect with one another…get to know one another, and share our passions. Even though we may have belonged to the same sisterhood for years, do you really know about the other members? Do you know their talents? Their passions? What they are good at? Or what they enjoy doing? By focusing on these questions…you can make someone feel valued and important. YOU can make someone feel great just by doing that one small step. YOU can be that person that makes a difference. YOU can be the reason for the increase in involvement in your sisterhood and in your life.

Wishing you each a Shabbat Shalom and Chag Sameach,
Carol
