Our last step before we vote on the bylaws is to share the following documents once more with our membership to help prepare for a vote.\n\nListed below are three documents:\n\n\n\n\n Current Bylaws\n Proposed Bylaws\n Proposed changes (summary) with Timeline\n\n\n\n\nPlea se review all three attachments carefully and submit your questions to Mar ilyn Berkowitz\, International Parliamentarian at mberkowitz@wlcj.org no l ater than June 13th. \n\nPlease register for the special membership meetin g on Wednesday\, June 15th at 8:00 EST where we will vote on the proposed bylaws. \n\nOn June 15th\, we will begin the meeting with any questions yo u might have. We will then take a vote on the bylaws as presented. Due to the restrictions in our current (and proposed) bylaws regarding the notice requirements of any proposed changes/amendments to the bylaws\, there wil l be no amendments allowed. It will be a simple "yes" or "no" vote. We kno w there are some grammatical (punctuation\, spelling\, capitalization) and formatting changes that need to be made.
