  CONGREGATION BETH DAVID SISTERHOOD\,&nbsp\; \nSARATOGA\, CALIFORNIA\n\nWH
 AT IS LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE?\n\nA 2-day workshop that will enhance your per
 sonal style of communication with interactive exercises and role-playing. 
 Discover tips and techniques for using language that motivates\, stimulate
 s and encourages women to volunteer.\n\nAn opportunity to Network with oth
 er women\, master goal setting\, time management and team building. Learn 
 the secret of keeping yourself challenged.\n\nWHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT THAN
  OTHER LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS?&nbsp\;\n\nThe Leadership Institute’s unique
  format allows participants to build a personal program to expand Jewish k
 nowledge and leadership skills.\n\nHOW MUCH WILL IT COST?\n\n$299 includes
  materials\, programming\, and meals.&nbsp\; This fee does not include hot
 el or transportation to Congregation Beth David Sisterhood or transportati
 on to Saratoga\, CA.\n\nRegistration for the hotels start at $139 + tax pe
 r night double occupancy.\n\nThe learning and sense of community created d
 uring the Institute comes both from the shared experiences during the form
 al program and the unstructured time together at the hotel.&nbsp\; To faci
 litate this\, we strongly urge local participants to stay with the rest of
  the group at the hotel.&nbsp\;\n\nYour Region\, Sisterhood/Affiliate or y
 our Rabbi might have scholarship money to help cover these costs.&nbsp\; D
