 fficult Times\n\nIt's my partner’s birthday. How do I discuss a celebrat
 ion with my family? There’s my older daughter who has two unvaccinated p
 reschool children that she worries about\; my vaccinated son who is a nurs
 e and could still be exposed to Covid at work\; my younger daughter who wo
 rks in a place where no one wears a mask\, and their vaccination status is
  unknown\; and my sister-in-law who is still deciding whether to get vacci
 nated and wears a mask indoors but not outdoors. How can I make this work?
 \n\nThis is just one example of situations facing families today that crea
 tes conflict.\n\nWhat can we do to restore and rebuild communication withi
 n our families? When disagreements exist\, how do we create safe environme
 nts that empower us to navigate our differences? How do we enable our divi
 ded family members to talk to each other? How do we create bridges and tea
 r down barriers?\n\nPlease join us and psychologist Dr. Alison Block of He
 alth Psychology Center who will discuss communication problems/issues and 
 the conflict resolution strategies we can apply when our family members di
