 oldberg of Los Angeles Jewish Health.\n&nbsp\;\n\nRabbi Joseph H. Krakoff&
 nbsp\;is the CEO of the Jewish Hospice and Chaplaincy Network. He joined t
 he JHCN team as a consultant in Community Outreach and Education following
  a 16-year career as rabbi of Congregation Shaarey Zedek in Southfield\, M
 I.&nbsp\; Rabbi Krakoff has a passion for and vast experience in pastoral 
 caregiving. He served for more than 10 years on the Hospice and Homecare b
 oard for St. John Providence Health System’s Reverence Hospice\, and has
  completed a Clinical Pastoral Education Rabbinic Rotation at Memorial Slo
 ane Kettering in New York City. Rabbi Krakoff earned a bachelor’s degree
  from Bucknell University in Lewisburg\, Penn.\, a master’s degree from 
 the University of Judaism in Los Angeles\, and a master’s degree from th
 e Jewish Theological Seminary in New York\, where he was ordained in 1998.
 \n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nNatalie&nbsp\;Rosenfield\, director of pat
 ient care\, joined JHCN in 2012 following an extensive career in a variety
  of positions in the health care industry including marketing representati
 ve for Hospice of Michigan\; discharge planner for William Beaumont Hospit
 al\; director of admissions for Danto Family Health Care Center\; manager 
 of community programs for the Arthritis Foundation\; and executive directo
 r of American House. Natalie served as past president of the West Bloomfie
 ld Chamber of Commerce and speakers bureau ambassador for the Alzheimer’
 s Association and Arthritis Foundation. Natalie received her degree in soc
 ial work from The University of Cincinnati.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\n\nRab
 bi David Rosen joined JHCN as a chaplain in January 2022. Rabbi Davey rece
 ived Rabbinic Ordination from the Academy for Jewish Religion in New York 
 in 2022 and his M.A. from the William Davidson Graduate School of Jewish E
 ducation at the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York in 2008. He serves
  patients and families as a hospice chaplain and works on education and co
 mmunity outreach initiatives for the agency. Rabbi Rosen’s past leadersh
 ip includes serving as Associate Director of the University of Michigan Hi
 llel\, Assistant Director of Camp Ramah New England\, and Family Educator 
 at Congregation B’nai Jeshurun in New York.\n\n&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\n\n\nOrg

 h patient or family faces terminal illness alone. We help those we serve g
 ain access to the needed resources compatible with their own Jewish identi
 ty\, practice\, and values.\n&nbsp\;\nJHCN works with all hospices through
 out Southeast Michigan\, medical care providers\, hospital systems\, and s
 enior living facilities&nbsp\;to offer supportive care while adding the Je
 wish component to palliative and hospice care. Every individual/family fac
 ing incurable illness has its own unique needs and we want to meet every p
 atient on their terms. Our compassionate care team includes: rabbis\, soci
 al workers\, nurse practitioners\, doctors\, music therapists and voluntee
 rs who are all dedicated to our clients and who work to ensure that our pa
 tients get the best care possible.\n&nbsp\;\n\n\nIn addition to spiritual 
 care and navigating the health care landscape\, JHCN has created an innova
 tive pathway to enhance the quality of life for both our home-bound pallia
 tive care and hospice patients. Our Life Enrichments Program\, in memory o

 mp\; Reflexology\, Music\, a life review and memoir writing project\, Pet
