Women’s League for Conservative Judaism supports its individual members, 600 sisterhoods and synagogue women's groups through:
  • Innovative programming materials designed to educate and activate members of every age
  • Customized Training Services to help every sisterhood be the best it can be
  • Regional networking opportunities with like-minded women
  • Leadership development to ensure an exciting tomorrow
Women's League is the voice of the women of the Conservative Movement, representing its membership at a wide array of national, international, religious, and social action organizations.

You can be part of this dynamic organization by joining a sisterhood in a synagogue near you or by joining as an individual member.

Our Mission

The mission of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism is to strengthen and unite synagogue women’s groups and their members, support them in mutual efforts to understand and perpetuate Conservative / Masorti Judaism in the home, synagogue and community, and reinforce their bonds with Israel and with Jews worldwide. Women's League accepts the Jerusalem Program, which is the platform of the World Zionist Organization.

Women's League Logo

The Women’s League logo emphasizes the role women play as keepers of the flames of mitzvot, family, study, Israel, Torah, and community. The W suggests the ancient menorah in a strong, contemporary style, and the phrase Mah yafah yerushataynu (How beautiful is our heritage) reflects Women’s League’s ongoing commitment to our vital and dynamic tradition. The flame motif also connects Women’s League with the other Conservative movement organizations.
